Every item in our shop is made to order, which means your piece is created especially for you. This approach reduces waste, supports mindful production, and ensures your item is fresh off the press — not sitting in a warehouse.
We partner with professional U.S.-based fulfillment teams who specialize in high‑quality apparel printing. This allows us to maintain consistent quality and reliable shipping times. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States.
Once your order is placed, it enters production within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly.
After production, typical delivery times are:
• United States: 3–7 business days Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or seasonal volume.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States.
We ship using USPS, UPS, DHL, Ontrac or FedEx depending on the item and destination.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type and destination.
Because items are made to order, some orders may ship separately at no additional cost.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, we cannot guarantee rerouting. If the package is returned, we can reship it once reshipping costs are covered.
If your package appears lost or delayed, reach out and we’ll work with our fulfillment team to investigate.
Replacements for lost packages are issued once non‑delivery is confirmed.
Because each item is custom made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size ordered
• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of mind
We always stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if there’s an issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item
Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package:
• Check with neighbors or household members
• Contact your local post office
If the package still can’t be located, we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
Replacements for “delivered” packages are handled on a case‑by‑case basis.
Returns
Because items are made to order, we do not accept physical returns.
If a replacement is approved, a new item will be produced and shipped at no cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
